“I never intended to work for a large company, and after working for a smaller firm originally which grew to an expansive private equity organisation, I knew that I wanted to work somewhere more personal. Valla’s size and independence appealed to me, and it felt like a great fit right from the start. Being able to have a voice in a company and make a difference is important, as is working in a friendly and professional environment.”
