Jersey Water Polo Sponsorship
VALLA is delighted to support Jersey Water Polo by sponsoring its junior water polo division in 2022.
JWPA Co-President Henry Job said: “JWPA has struggled over the past few years with the Covid-19 pandemic, and in turn has seen a drop in senior membership and a complete cessation to our junior section. This has devastated our club, its members, and especially our efforts to keep our island water's children and young people confident, exercising, and, most importantly, having fun.
We are immensely grateful to VALLA Limited for supporting our club in rebuilding our junior section. Their sponsorship has enabled us to provide multiple free taster sessions for any child on the island aged between 9 – 15. These sessions have successfully raised awareness of and engagement with our sport.
Their sponsorship has also helped us purchase new training equipment, such as a variety of water polo balls and new caps, and the funds will further support pool hire costs and additional taster sessions for prospective members throughout the year.
Without their sponsorship, our club would not be making its current positive strides and achieving this year’s goal of providing junior water polo in Jersey.
