Grainne began her career in Financial Services in accountancy, training as an Accounting Technician with a local accountancy and trust company.
Following the completion of her Association of Accounting Technicians qualification (AAT), she altered her focus to trust and corporate services and commenced employment with a global trust and corporate services provider and completed her STEP diploma in 2012.
Subsequently, she was appointed as a director on various corporate and private client structures, including real estate and securitisations, EBT’s and Cell structures, both PCC and ICC. Grainne also acted as Trustee of various family Trusts, including Discretionary and Charitable Trusts in her personal capacity and still maintains these relationships, which span over twelve years.
During this time she also completed a STEP diploma in trust disputes further expanding her expertise in working with families and ultra-high net worth individuals.
Grainne joined Valla in 2016 and is responsible for the management of the administration department at Valla and also provides HR support to the business.
Grainne is also a shareholder in Valla.
