MLRO and Information

“I was asked by VALLA to assist in the next steps of its organic growth and, through this process, to assist the Board, along with the compliance function, on all relative matters surrounding the risks associated with Governance, Risk and Compliance. The opportunity to assist and work within VALLA was very appealing and complimented my consultancy skills.”

After leaving the British Army in 1985, Mathew spent the first ten years of his Financial Services career working within the asset management industry. He then moved his focus to specialising in Governance, Risk and Compliance.
